* cut F student visas to no more than 10K/year (total) and OPT to 500/year for a term of no more than 3 months
* end visa waivers (everyone must pass a conscientious background investigation, regardless of country of birth or citizenship or most recent residence)
* fence/wall the borders
* terminate/eliminate permission to work from exchange / student exchange / cultural exchange visa programs (you can put on plays, pageants, dance, music, local craftsmanship & industry demonstrations, but not settle in to jobs in hotels, resorts, USA industries, craftsmanship, agriculture, etc.)
* phase out unconstitutional Medicaid & Medicare over 3 years
* phase out the unconstitutional Socialist Insecurity Abomination over 5 years
* end government subsidies for hospitals (and the attached strings)
* end government subsidies for scientific research (except for defense which should cover defense against biological warfare & epidemics)
* repeal regressive income extortion (i.e. repeal 16th amendment; replace with national retail sales tax with hard-cap constitutional top rate of 9.875% structured as a levy on the states)
* revoke the charter of the CFPB and repeal the rest of Dodd-Frank
* revoke the charter of the Federal Reserve System and establish a stable, hard money
* repeal direct election of senators (repeal 17th amendment)
* repeal the unconstitutional Federal Firearms Act and its amendments
* de-fund and repeal the charters of CPB/NPR/PBS
* de-fund the national endowments for arts and humanities and AFI
* de-fund the racist eugenicist Planned Parenthood
* de-fund SBA
* de-fund Export-Import Bank, World Bank, IMF, Asian Development Bank, USAID
* cut foreign aid
* repudiate biased, injust WTO, GATS/TiSA
* re-negotiate or statutorily repudiate/reset GATT & NAFTA
* totally de-fund UN, withdraw membership, and evict them and all their evil spawn from NY and the USA
* cut federal Department of Educationism back to statistical reporting of graduations, diplomas, degrees, and rates thereof (NCES)
* cut Department of Energy by one-third to one-half
* set normal import tariff/duties/taxes to a maximum cap of 9.875%, and MFN to a cap of 8%, dumping penalties to at most 50%, and fraud penalties to at most 120%, eliminate exemptions to bring back burden to between 40% & 65% of all goods and services imported into USA with the aim of reaching an overall weighted average rate of 8%-12.5%
* adopt honest Country of Origin Label requirement for all imports to USA, requiring readable percentage of origin content for up to top 10 places of origin of parts & materials
* beef up export bans and restrictions for national security and to fight intellectual property robbery and fraud
* cut or eliminate HUD, HHS, NIH, CDCP, NSF; limit and focus their funding and work on constitutional functions & objectives
* cut or eliminate federal highway trust funds & DoT FHA Intelligent Transportation Systems & Amtrak

"On the morning of 2005-03-11, I was working at my desk in Oslo, half listening to the news on CNN, when the first reports came through of massive explosions in Madrid. Soon news cameras were on the streets of the Spanish capital, registering shock on the faces of madrilenos as they took in the horror... Spain's post-Franco metamorphosis is invariably described in superlatives. But to read about Spain's transformation was one thing; to experience it was another... the grand, lush, tree-lined Paseo del Prado. And at the foot of that boulevard loomed the imposing white granite facade of the Antocha railway station. It was therre that a commuter train had now been blown apart and pieces of what had been men, women, and children littered the tracks. The atrocity had been carefully timed At 07:39, the height of rush hour, 4 bombs concealed in back-packs had gone off simultaneously on a train in the Antocha station. In the train yard south of the station, near a street called Calle de Tellez, 3 bombs exploded on a train that should also have been in Antocha by that time, but that had been held up by a red signal light. Total death toll: 89. Two minutes later, 2 more bombs went off in a train in the El Pozo del Tio station, 2 stops down the line Death toll: 70. One minute after that, a bomb blew up a train in the Santa Eugenia station, 2 stops beyond El Pozo. Death toll: 17. In all, nearly 2K were wounded. Other, un-exploded bombs were found in the trains at Atocha, Tellez, and El Pozo. Experts concluded that the bombs on the Atocha and Tellez trains had been intended to destroy the entire station. Near the station at Alcala de Henares, 7 stops down from Santa Eugenia, police discovered a parked van containing detonators, audio-tapes of Koran verses, and cell phones (which had been used to trigger the explosives). As the day went on, the number of confirmed dead rose steadily... "[GAO] In 2003, there were 46K criminal aliens in federal prisons, at a cost of $1.3G. Not all of these criminal aliens were [illegal aliens], but it is safe to assume that a large proportion of them were. That s ame year there were 147K illegal aliens in local jails. The majority of these criminals are citizens of Mexico. In a follow-up study, the GAO examined the criminal history of these prisoners. It looked at 55,332 individual illegal aliens and found that 'they were arrested a total of 459,614 times, averaging about 8 arrests per illegal alien. Nearly all had more than 1 arrest. 38% (about 21K) had between 2 and 5 arrests, 32% (about 18K) had between 6 and 10 arrests, and 26% (about 15K) had 11 or more arrests... About 15% were property-related offenses such as burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and property damage. About 12% were for violent offenses such as murder, robbery, assault, and sex-related crimes.' And those are just the ones in jail. Heather Mac Donald, perhaps the foremost expert on illegal aliens and crime, fully 95% of all outstanding warrants for homicide (1,200 to 1,500) in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens, and up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants (17K) are for illegal aleins as well." --- John D.
