* end visa waivers (everyone must pass a conscientious background investigation, regardless of country of birth or citizenship or most recent residence)
* fence/wall the borders
* terminate/eliminate permission to work from exchange / student exchange / cultural exchange visa programs (you can put on plays, pageants, dance, music, local craftsmanship & industry demonstrations, but not settle in to jobs in hotels, resorts, USA industries, craftsmanship, agriculture, etc.)
* phase out unconstitutional Medicaid & Medicare over 3 years
* phase out the unconstitutional Socialist Insecurity Abomination over 5 years
* end government subsidies for hospitals (and the attached strings)
* end government subsidies for scientific research (except for defense which should cover defense against biological warfare & epidemics)
* repeal regressive income extortion (i.e. repeal 16th amendment; replace with national retail sales tax with hard-cap constitutional top rate of 9.875% structured as a levy on the states)
* revoke the charter of the CFPB and repeal the rest of Dodd-Frank
* revoke the charter of the Federal Reserve System and establish a stable, hard money
* repeal direct election of senators (repeal 17th amendment)
* repeal the unconstitutional Federal Firearms Act and its amendments
* de-fund and repeal the charters of CPB/NPR/PBS
* de-fund the national endowments for arts and humanities and AFI
* de-fund the racist eugenicist Planned Parenthood
* de-fund SBA
* de-fund Export-Import Bank, World Bank, IMF, Asian Development Bank, USAID
* cut foreign aid
* repudiate biased, injust WTO, GATS/TiSA
* re-negotiate or statutorily repudiate/reset GATT & NAFTA

"Gaius Plinius Secundus, known today as Pliny the Elder, was an energetic, somewhat rigid, but multi-talented man of letters, interested in military history, biology, biography, geography, rhetoric, and oratory. He was the forerunner of the Renaissance man. His encyclopedic knowlede and command of language made him the perfect surrogate father for his orphaned nephew, Gaius Plinius Caecilius Secundus, now know as Pliny the younger. The elder Pliny, born in Como, in the Po Valley on the Italian-Swiss border in 23CE, led a well-rounded life. He immigrated to Rome in his teens to study rhetoric, served as a military cavalry prefect in Germany from 47CE to 57CE, and practiced law before establishing a literary career. An expert on the deployment of cavalry, he became the confidant and trusted adviser of 2 emperors, Vespasian and Titus. According to his nephew, the elder Pliny was an insatiable reader who made use of every book he read and let nothing stand in the way of his studies. Even a 5-year term as governor in Spain, Gaul, and Africa and as prefect of the Roman navy at Naples during the last 5 years of his life did not deter him from daily observation, meditation, research, and note-taking. On the day he died, 79 August 24 CE, he was viewing at close range the eruption of Vesuvius, for humanitarian and academic reasons. "The object of the 1st clause cited, has reference to the perpetuation of free gov't, & is based on the idea, that the people cannot be effectually oppressed & enslaved, who are not 1st disarmed. The clause cited in our Bill of Rights, has the same broad object in relation to the gov't, & in addition thereto, secures a personal right to the citizen. The right of a citizen to bear arms, in the lawful defence of himself or the State, is absolute. He does not derive it from the State gov't, but directly from the sovereign convention of the people that framed the State gov't. It is one of the 'high powers' delegated directly to the citizen, & 'is excepted out of the general powers of gov't'. A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is above the law, & independent of the law-making power... The right to carry a bowie-knife for lawful defence is secured, & must be admitted. It is an exceedingly destructive weapon. It is difficult to defend against it, by any degree of bravery, or any amount of skill. The gun or pistol may miss its aim, & when discharged, its dangerous character is lost, or diminished at least. The sword may be parried. With these weapons men fight for the sake of the combat, to satisfy the laws of honor, not necessarily with the intention to kill, or with a certainty of killing, when the intention exists.
The bowie-knife differs from these in its device & design; it is the instrument of almost certain death. He who carries such a weapon, for lawful defence, as he may, makes himself more dangerous to the rights of others, considering the frailties of human nature, than if he carried a less dangerous weapon...
May the State not say, through its law, to the citizen, 'this right which you exercise, is very liable to be dangerous to the rights of others, you must school your mind to forbear the abuse of your right, by yielding to sudden passion; to secure this necessary schooling of your mind, an increased penalty must be affixed to the abuse of this right, so dangerous to others'." --- Roberts & the TX supremes 1859 Cockrum v TX 24 TX 394 (quoted in Clayton E.
