* end visa waivers (everyone must pass a conscientious background investigation, regardless of country of birth or citizenship or most recent residence)
* fence/wall the borders
* terminate/eliminate permission to work from exchange / student exchange / cultural exchange visa programs (you can put on plays, pageants, dance, music, local craftsmanship & industry demonstrations, but not settle in to jobs in hotels, resorts, USA industries, craftsmanship, agriculture, etc.)
* phase out unconstitutional Medicaid & Medicare over 3 years
* phase out the unconstitutional Socialist Insecurity Abomination over 5 years
* end government subsidies for hospitals (and the attached strings)
* end government subsidies for scientific research (except for defense which should cover defense against biological warfare & epidemics)
* repeal regressive income extortion (i.e. repeal 16th amendment; replace with national retail sales tax with hard-cap constitutional top rate of 9.875% structured as a levy on the states)
* revoke the charter of the CFPB and repeal the rest of Dodd-Frank
* revoke the charter of the Federal Reserve System and establish a stable, hard money
* repeal direct election of senators (repeal 17th amendment)
* repeal the unconstitutional Federal Firearms Act and its amendments
* de-fund and repeal the charters of CPB/NPR/PBS
* de-fund the national endowments for arts and humanities and AFI
* de-fund the racist eugenicist Planned Parenthood
* de-fund SBA
* de-fund Export-Import Bank, World Bank, IMF, Asian Development Bank, USAID
* cut foreign aid
* repudiate biased, injust WTO, GATS/TiSA
* re-negotiate or statutorily repudiate/reset GATT & NAFTA
* totally de-fund UN, withdraw membership, and evict them and all their evil spawn from NY and the USA
* cut federal Department of Educationism back to statistical reporting of graduations, diplomas, degrees, and rates thereof (NCES)

* adopt honest Country of Origin Label requirement for USA products and all imports to USA, requiring readable percentage of origin content for up to top 10 places of origin of parts & materials
* beef up export bans and restrictions for national security and to fight intellectual property robbery and fraud

"The life expectancy of a resident of the Natufian village of Abu Hureyra was probably not that much different from that of a citizen of Ancient Rome. The life expectancy of a typical Roman was fairly similar to that of an average inhabitant of England in the 17th century [1600s]. In terms of incomes, in 301CE the Roman emperor Diocletian issued the Edict on Maximum Prices, which set out a schedule of wages that various types of workers would be paid. [This, along with his edicts tying children to the professions of their parents regardless of individual skills, tying most people to their places of birth, turning loose the military to get their own pay by plunder, helped set the stage for the Dark Ages.] We don't know exactly how well Diocletian's wages and prices were enforced, but when the economic historian Robert Allen used his edict to calculate the living standards of a typical 'unskilled' worker, he found them to be almost exactly the same as those of an 'unskilled' worker in 17th-century Italy. "At the end of the 17th century, Peter the Great scoured Europe for scientists, craftsmen, and productive talent of all kinds, to be brought to Russia to try to develop the economic and military strength of the empire. The first industries in Russia were founded by foreigners in the 17th century. The skilled labor used in these early industries, like their management, came from abroad. A whole colony of foreign craftsmen existed in St. Petersburg in the 18th century and in the Ukraine in the early 19th century, in addition to shop-keepers adn money-lenders from India, who operated in the province of Astakhan. Armenian immigrants accounted for 40% of all exports and 53% of all imports through Astrakhan in the mid-18th century. "Saul Griffith...said that all the lone inventors these days are inventing 'perpetual motion machines and garden hoses', whereas the people who are doing what most consider to be real innovation are large groups of smart people with differing skill sets who appreciate each other's skill sets and complement each other. In his description of how his work on printable electronics at MIT progressed, Griffith sketched an image of a motley crew of talented technicians with a wide range of backgrounds and abilities laboring toward a [mutually agreed upon] goal. 'My background was re-building 17th-century, Rembrandt-era printing presses.', he said. 'And we had a chemist whose background was in doing industrial agricultural chemicals. We had a physicist whose background was in laser optics. And we had a mechanical engineer who was just extremely good at building robots.' Griffith's point seems to be that it is virtually impossible to determine whose background is the most relevant to creating something that has never existed before.
