* fence/wall the borders
* terminate/eliminate permission to work from exchange / student exchange / cultural exchange visa programs (you can put on plays, pageants, dance, music, local craftsmanship & industry demonstrations, but not settle in to jobs in hotels, resorts, USA industries, craftsmanship, agriculture, etc.)
* phase out unconstitutional Medicaid & Medicare over 3 years
* phase out the unconstitutional Socialist Insecurity Abomination over 5 years
* end government subsidies for hospitals (and the attached strings)
* end government subsidies for scientific research (except for defense which should cover defense against biological warfare & epidemics)
* repeal regressive income extortion (i.e. repeal 16th amendment; replace with national retail sales tax with hard-cap constitutional top rate of 9.875% structured as a levy on the states)
* revoke the charter of the CFPB and repeal the rest of Dodd-Frank
* revoke the charter of the Federal Reserve System and establish a stable, hard money
* repeal direct election of senators (repeal 17th amendment)
* repeal the unconstitutional Federal Firearms Act and its amendments
* de-fund and repeal the charters of CPB/NPR/PBS
* de-fund the national endowments for arts and humanities and AFI
* de-fund the racist eugenicist Planned Parenthood
* de-fund SBA
* de-fund Export-Import Bank, World Bank, IMF, Asian Development Bank, USAID
* cut foreign aid
* repudiate biased, injust WTO, GATS/TiSA

As in PA, a few skilled gun-smiths lived in the Valley and supplied their customers with the long barrels which the Indians feared. Henry Spitzer in New Market, Adam Haymaker in Winchester, the Sheetz family near Luray, and several others were producers of these jaeger rifles, which Virginians called 'squirrel guns' or 'Virginia rifles'. Henry Spitzer, who had come from PA, produced a rifle each week at his home work-shop, charging about 4 pounds apiece. These he decorated with brass-work hex designs, in-laid into their wooden stocks, to give the hunter luck. Following the practice in Germany, the earliest Germanic rifles in America were of large caliber to kill bear or deer. However, the size was soon reduced for greater utility and lighter weight. Virginia and Kentucky rifles by the time of the Revolution were usually of .36 caliber. "it was commonly thought that 1 black could do the work of 4 Indians. And as a consequence of the declining Indian population, 120K or more slaves entered Mexico between 1519 and 1650. But blacks were expensive, while natives cost little. Accordingly, slaves from Africa used for labor were put where they could produce returns justifying their high purchase price. In the early years of silver mining, they made up a substantial portion of the labor force. Later they were used extensively in the tropical sugar-producing regions. Considered more reliable than Indians, blacks were often trained for important skilled positions and sometimes put in charge of native workers as overseers in mining operations, small factories, and ranches. Other blacks became accomplished artisans, bringing their masters good profits, which eventually allowed him to purchase his freedom. And although treatment of slaves was arbitrary and often unjust, owners frequently manumitted slaves in their wills. Mulattoes, off-spring of the union of Spaniards and blacks, could also improve their circumstances, both because they were thoroughly Hispanicized and because their Spanish fathers could ease the way for them by making sure they were free. Otherwise the mulatto would inherit the status of his mother according to law and would be a slave if she were one. By late 16th century there were many free blacks and mulattoes.
