* cut F student visas to no more than 10K/year (total) and OPT to 500/year for a term of no more than 3 months, eliminate CPT (encourage more apprenticeships/internships, co-ops for USA citizens)
* end visa waivers (everyone must pass a conscientious background investigation, regardless of country of birth or citizenship or most recent residence)
* fence/wall the borders
* terminate/eliminate permission to work from exchange / student exchange / cultural exchange visa programs (you can put on plays, pageants, dance, music, local craftsmanship & industry demonstrations, but not settle in to jobs in hotels, resorts, USA industries, craftsmanship, agriculture, etc.)
* phase out unconstitutional Medicaid & Medicare over 3 years
* phase out the unconstitutional Socialist Insecurity Abomination over 5 years
* end government subsidies for hospitals (and the attached strings)
* end government subsidies for scientific research (except for defense which should cover defense against biological warfare & epidemics)
* repeal regressive income extortion (i.e. repeal 16th amendment; replace with national retail sales tax with hard-cap constitutional top rate of 9.875% structured as a levy on the states)
* revoke the charter of the CFPB and repeal the rest of Dodd-Frank
* revoke the charter of the Federal Reserve System and establish a stable, hard money
* repeal direct election of senators (repeal 17th amendment)
* repeal the unconstitutional National Firearms Act and its amendments
* de-fund and repeal the charters of CPB/NPR/PBS
* de-fund the national endowments for arts and humanities and AFI
* de-fund the racist eugenicist Planned Parenthood
* de-fund SBA
* de-fund Export-Import Bank, World Bank, IMF, Asian Development Bank, USAID
* cut foreign aid
* repudiate biased, injust WTO, GATS/TiSA
* re-negotiate or statutorily repudiate/reset GATT & NAFTA
* totally de-fund UN, withdraw membership, and evict them and all their evil spawn from NY and the USA
* cut federal Department of Educationism back to statistical reporting of graduations, diplomas, degrees, and rates thereof (NCES)
* cut Department of Energy by one-third to one-half
* set normal import tariff/duties/taxes to a maximum cap of 9.875%, and MFN to a cap of 8%, dumping penalties to at most 50%, and fraud penalties to at most 120%, eliminate exemptions to bring back burden to between 40% & 65% of all goods and services imported into USA with the aim of reaching an overall weighted average rate of 8%-12.5%
* adopt honest Country of Origin Label requirement for all imports to USA, requiring readable percentage of origin content for up to top 10 places of origin of parts & materials
* beef up export bans and restrictions for national security and to fight intellectual property robbery and fraud
* cut or eliminate HUD, HHS, NIH, CDCP, NSF; limit and focus their funding and work on constitutional functions & objectives
* cut or eliminate federal highway trust funds & DoT FHA Intelligent Transportation Systems & Amtrak
* repeal Anti-Impoundment Act

"In the decades preceding the revolution, the [North] American [British] colonies received anannual import of 2K British convicts. In total, approximately 60K British convicts were dumped in the colonies [leading to colonial laws against such beginning by 1645]. With American independence, British parliament was forced to consider an alternative station to un-load a swelling number of domestic felons. The fledgling colony of the Gambia was originally considered, but it was deemed that exile to Africa amounted to nothing more than a death sentence. Within 1 year of arrival, 80% of the British diaspora perished from mosquito-borne disease. This defeated the dual purpose of a penal colony: to punish and rid the mother country of criminals, while using the banished British subjects as the van-guard of colonization... The Apple iOS pod-cast listening/management app leaves a lot to be desired On the positive side, the play-back speed-control is a positive Even that could stand expansion of options for 2.25x, 2.5x, and more in-between speeds Volume also would be better with finer-grain control But it is the show-episode display, sort, management that is most frustrating I generally want to listen to episodes in chronological order, & usually do not care at all whether any or all shows have been "Recently UpDated"; for me, that is a terrible waste of screen real-estate That it leaps to that from where I was last listening is a major annoyance That the Episodes list comes up in reverse chronological order instead of chronological order, & requires me to scroll scroll scroll scroll, every once in a while happening to trigger play-back of some random episode mid-list makes me steam 😤 Then, when I switch app & back, it demands that I start over from scratch, or, in the best of cases, re-draws the episode list...just hiding the earliest not-yet-listened-to episode...the one I want to see & begin (or resume) And it should have a "binge"/"non-binge" option, so those who may be subscribed to 2 or 5 pod-casts can listen to multiple episodes of a particular show in their chosen sorting order, or listen to a mix of shows in the chosen chronological order or reverse chronological order And with these, one should have better control over amounts (GB, episodes) without missing episodes when falling behind due to other, real-life priorities; it should not silently drop episodes because one is not keeping up and substitute later/earlier (depending on your preferred listening order) episodes If you tell it to down-load & keep 3 or 5 episodes, 50MB or 10GB, it sould do just that, keep them Ugh, and Apple apparently broke picture up-loads (possibly due to a security vulnerability, so somewhat understandable). Now, the iPhoto app disavows the iPhones & iPads having cameras That wouldn't be so bad if compatible memory fobs were more readily available for the purpose, but it seems the ones compatible with iOS & Windoze & Unix & Mac devices are no longer all compatible (End Rant/Valuable Customer Feed-Back)

"One common penalty was called 'riding the stang'. "Months -- and millions of deaths -- later, in 1945 April, the Third Army finally arrived in the heart of the Nazi slave state. They quickly liberated the Ohrdruf Nord forced labor camp, the first such camp to be freed by the Allies. Patton told his stunned division general, Walton Walker, 'You'll never believe how bastardly these Krauts can be, until you've seen this pest-hole yourself.' He later wrote, 'Walker and Middleton had very wisely decided to have as many soldiers as possible visit the scene, which I believe will teach our men to look out for the Germans. The mayor of the town, together with his wife, when confronted with the spectacle, went home and hanged themselves. There are several others in the vicinity who I think will be found dead.' Later the next day he wrote to John McCloy: 'Yesterday, I saw the most horrible sight I've ever seen. It was a German slave camp... We took all the soldiers we could to see it, as I believe it is one of the best arguments against fraternization that I know.' At a press conference the same day, Patton went on: 'If any of you haven't visited the charnel house near here, you should go. It is the most horrible sight I have ever seen. We had as many soldiers as possible... visit it so as to know what kind of people they are fighting. I think they were duly impressed, adn I told them to tell their friends.' Less than a week later the Third Army liberated the even more horrific extermination camp at Buchenwald. Diplomat Robert Murphy described the scene: 'The inmates liberated by our forces were skeletons... many of the captives had been professional soldiers... and they pulled their wasted bodies into gallant salutes as Eisenhower, Patton and their staffs passed them. It was enough to make strong men weep -- and some American officers did so unabashedly.' Patton wrote of Buchenwald, 'This was the camp where we paraded some 1500 citizens of Weimar to give the a first-hand knowledge of the infamy of their own government.' His chief of staff, Hobart Gay, remarked: 'The scenes witnessed there are beyond the normal mind to believe. No race except a people dominated by an ideology of sadism could have committed such gruesome crimes... It is a shame that more people cannot see these things, particularly politicians, who, after all, bring on wars, and doubly a shame that they cannot be seen by those people back in our country...
