* cut F student visas to no more than 10K/year (total) and eliminate CPT & OPT (encourage more apprenticeships/internships, co-ops for USA citizens)
* end visa waivers (everyone must pass a conscientious background investigation, regardless of country of birth or citizenship or most recent residence)
* fence/wall the borders
* terminate/eliminate permission to work from exchange / student exchange / cultural exchange visa programs (you can put on plays, pageants, dance, music, local craftsmanship & industry demonstrations, but not settle in to jobs in hotels, resorts, USA industries, craftsmanship, agriculture, etc.)
* phase out unconstitutional Medicaid & Medicare over 3 years
* phase out the unconstitutional Socialist Insecurity Abomination over 5 years
* end government subsidies for hospitals (and the attached strings)
* end government subsidies for scientific research (except for defense which should cover defense against biological warfare & epidemics)
* repeal regressive income extortion (i.e. repeal 16th amendment; replace with national retail sales tax with hard-cap constitutional top rate of 9.875% structured as a levy on the states)
* revoke the charter of the CFPB and repeal the rest of Dodd-Frank
* revoke the charter of the Federal Reserve System and establish a stable, hard money
* repeal direct election of senators (repeal 17th amendment)
* repeal the unconstitutional National Firearms Act and its amendments
* de-fund and repeal the charters of CPB/NPR/PBS
* de-fund the national endowments for arts and humanities and AFI
* de-fund the racist eugenicist Planned Parenthood
* de-fund SBA
* de-fund Export-Import Bank, World Bank, IMF, Asian Development Bank, USAID
* cut foreign aid
* repudiate biased, injust WTO, GATS/TiSA

* adopt honest Country of Origin Label requirement for all imports to USA, requiring readable percentage of origin content for up to top 10 places of origin of parts & materials
* beef up export bans and restrictions for national security and to fight intellectual property robbery and fraud
* cut or eliminate HUD, HHS, NIH, CDCP, NSF; limit and focus their funding and work on constitutional functions & objectives
* cut or eliminate federal highway trust funds & DoT FHA Intelligent Transportation Systems & Amtrak

"the invention of a Danish immigrant, William Peterson, a blacksmith by trade and a tinkerer at heart who designed a pair of pliers with teeth that could be locked in place, freeing the user's hands for other tasks. He called his invention Vice-Grip... By the mid-1970s, more than 30% of the 7M tools made in DeWitt were sold abroad. A decade later, the plant was making almost as many Vise-Grips for export as it had once made for USA consumers... a unique product invented in the USA, manufactured in the USA... Early one morning in 2005, RB was working at his desk when he saw his boss pass by on his way to human resources. Soon RB was summoned to the same office. Seated behind a desk was a woman from Newell he did not know, and in front of her was a pile of papers. She told him to sign them. The company was 're-aligning', she said, and he was being dismissed. He was escorted through the plant and out the door of the factory where he'd worked for 36 years adn told to contact HR for an appointment to come in and clean out his desk. That same day 12 other mid-leel mangers and supervisors, including RB's boss, were fired... 3 years later, in 2008, Newell dismissed the remaining 300 workers, closed the plant, and announced that Vise-Grip production would be shifted to [Red China]. In an instant, the low-slung sprawing factory that had been the life-blood of DeWitt [NB] for 84 years fell silent... Looking back, RB believes that Newell had no intention of keeping the plant going and that all its efforts were aimed at strangling it... 'I think they wanted to squeeze us until they couldn't.', he said... If there were a Fortune 500 for wholesale terminations, Newell would rank near the top of the list. Two decades earlier, in 1987, Newell had pruchased the Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation... Within 4 months of the acquisition, a team of Newell executive swooped down on an Anchor Hocking plant in Clarksburg, WV... 'They came in about 10 in the morning... They went to the plant manager's office... and told him they were closing this facility 1987-11-01. And that was it. They were out of here by 10:30.'... In 2011 October -- 3 years after Newell closed the Vise-Grip plant -- the hurt and the sense of loss in DeWitt were still palpable... The locking pliers are now made in a factory in the heavily industrialized city of Shenzhen, north of Hong Kong. Although they're produced under tight security in a limited-access industrial park, a former worker from DeWitt obtained an inside view of the [Red Chinese] operation after Newell hired him to try to straighten out production problems there. A 20-year veteran of DeWitt, BM arrived in [Red China] not long after the Nebraska plant closed [in 2008] to find the new Shenzhen operation in chaos. Components were arriving from multiple suppliers and were hard to track. There was no quality control on the production line. Newly manufactured tools broke or wouldn't work, he said. From the outside, the factory didn't look much different from plants in the USA, but inside was another story. To BM, the place was like a time capsule, as throw-back to earlier times when Vise-Grip's DeWitt plant relied on manual labor to make the tools... 'Their best day in [Red China] was 15K [tools] with 5 times the number of people.'... As many as 12 workers were stuffed into cramped rooms for sleeping... [12-hour shifts]... 'The place was off the wall.', he said. Even with the cheap labor, BM said it was costing Newell more to make the Vise-Grip in [Red China] when he was there than it had cost in DeWitt. This was he height of economic insanity... On the web-site, DeWitt is no longer the 'home' of the Vise-Grip Tool, but its 'birth-place'.
