* fence/wall the borders
* terminate/eliminate permission to work from exchange / student exchange / cultural exchange visa programs (you can put on plays, pageants, dance, music, local craftsmanship & industry demonstrations, but not settle in to jobs in hotels, resorts, USA industries, craftsmanship, agriculture, etc.)
* phase out unconstitutional Medicaid & Medicare over 3 years
* phase out the unconstitutional Socialist Insecurity Abomination over 5 years
* end government subsidies for hospitals (and the attached strings)
* end government subsidies for scientific research (except for defense which should cover defense against biological warfare & epidemics)

* revoke the charter of the CFPB and repeal the rest of Dodd-Frank
* revoke the charter of the Federal Reserve System and establish a stable, hard money
* repeal direct election of senators (repeal 17th amendment)
* repeal the unconstitutional National Firearms Act and its amendments
* de-fund and repeal the charters of CPB/NPR/PBS
* de-fund the national endowments for arts and humanities and AFI

Cut student, refugee, asylum, exchange, guest-work, green card visas. Establish standards. Conduct conscientious background investigations on visa applicants. Terminate visa waivers. Fence/wall all USA 🇺🇸 land-borders (1954+5524+1538=9016 miles to 1984+5524+1538=9046 miles, whatever; encyst the towns sitting across both sides the border) and improve ports to better track who enters and exits and when.

"Looking back, [some] economists would pin-point 1973 as a defining marker -- the beginning of a 2-decade stretch in which productivity gains at USA companies were less than half of what they had been after World War 2. In due course, this drop-off would eat away at wages and benefits and job security... They also cut back on research and development through the 1960s, so that they merely 'coasted on the great R&D gains made during World War 2', said C. Foreign [company executives, managers, & production employees] 'borrowed' technical insights and management techniques from the USA and made them their own. In come instances, they made them much better. [Business executives in] Germany and Japan leap-frogged USA in steel, automobiles, machine tools, consumer electronics, and other industries. [Business executives and government operatives in] Other countries and regions, including Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Brazil, and Spain, also stepped up their exports through the 1970s. In 1971, imports into the USA exceeded exports for the first time since 1888. By 1976, the USA would swing to a trade deficit that remains un-broken to this day...
Through the 1970s, [business executives] also shifted work to less costly countries, driven in part by a long-standing set of USA trade policies that sought to open up USA markets to goods made over-seas. [Federal government operatives'] aim was to stitch together a world that was economically inter-dependent and, as such, would stand as abulwark against Soviet aggression. In 1965, USA businesses invested less than $50G in foreign factories, offices, and equipment. 10 years later [1975], that number increased to more than $120G, and by 1980 it would rise to more than $210G. GM, for one, had operated plants abroad since the 1920s to serve local markets. But now, its international factories began to make parts and cars to sell back in the USA. GE spread its operations over-seas as well...
